Bag Care

Got a little mark? Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth.

For a deeper clean, use a tiny amount of mild soap diluted in water. Test on a hidden area first.

Wipe away any soap, pat dry, and leave to air-dry.

Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or harsh cleaners.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your LAAU bag, but we understand that sometimes a different colour just feels more you.

For change-of-mind purchases, we currently offer colour exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind.

To be eligible for an exchange, your bag must be unused and returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags included. Customers are responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Colour exchanges are subject to availability.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for change of mind.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll help make it right. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Return process

Email hello@laaustudios.com with your order number and the colour you’d like to exchange to.
We’ll confirm availability and share return instructions.
Ship your unused bag back in original condition with packaging and tags.
Once received and checked, we’ll dispatch your exchange colour.
