We hope you love your LAAU bag, but we understand that sometimes a different colour just feels more you.

For change-of-mind purchases, we offer colour exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind.

To be eligible, your bag must be unused and returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags. Customers cover return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement. Colour exchanges are subject to availability, and sale items are final sale for change of mind.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

How to exchange

1. Email hello@laaustudios.com with your order number and the colour you’d like instead.
2. We’ll confirm availability and send return instructions.
3. Ship your unused bag back in its original condition with packaging and tags.
4. Once it arrives and is checked, we’ll dispatch your new colour.
